A brief description of the manga Welcome To Japan, Elf-San:

Ordinary salary man Kitase Kazuhiro consistently leaves the office on schedule. Maybe he’s not so ordinary after all—this is Japan, after all. What’s really odd is what happens next: he showers, gets into jammies, and sleeps soundly every night. After that, he starts having fantasies and doesn’t wake up till he passes away or goes to sleep in them. He and his elf companion are slain one day after coming into a dragon’s lair by accident.
